How to Find Your Elevation Certificate

You may find your Elevation Certificate:

Finding ECs on a Property

Search for the address of the property on the dashboard search bar or click directly on a property from the "Explore Map" view to display the Property Information Panel.

Navigate to the "Files" tab within the Property Information Panel. If an Elevation Certificate was uploaded to the property, it will be displayed on the Files tab.

Finding ECs with the Explore Map Function

Click "Explore Map" to navigate to a birds-eye view of the map.

Using the Layers of the map, click on the Files layer to view a key for all possible document types and their associated dot colors. A colored dot on the parcel indicates that the property has a document uploaded to it. Toggle on "Elevation Certificates" to display the locations of properties to which ECs have been uploaded.

Clicking one of the orange-colored "Elevation Certificate" map dots will open the Property Info Panel for the property it was uploaded to. Once on the Property Info Panel, you can find the Elevation Certificate by navigating to the "Files" tab within the Property Info Panel.

Finding ECs on the "Elevation Certificates" Page

Click on the "Elevation Certificates" button in the top right of the page.

From the dropdown menu that appears, click "View Elevation Certificates." Navigate to the table displaying uploaded elevation certificates.

Click on the "Filter" button and enter the relevant information for the property in the fields listed. Then, click the "Apply" button.

When you have found the correct Elevation Certificate, click the ellipse at the right to view the file, download a PDF of the file, or open the public property profile.
